Problem
Professor Layton, a puzzle game series created by Level-5, features a rich story developed over 8+ games. With so many side-adventures, interesting side characters, and engaging spin-offs, a potential TV show covering all of them would need to be grand in scale. Capturing Professor Layton's iconic charm in a short title sequence is quite the big ask.
Solution
The "Professor Layton: Every Puzzle Has an Answer" title sequence gives the viewer a snapshot of each plot from all six mainline game titles while leaving the twinkle of mystery intact. The visuals mimic the warm, smoky, yellowed aesthetic of the games' art direction. The textured paper backdrop transports the viewer to a steampunk London.
